Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at Prima Hotel. The location was great, with easy access to the Dead Sea, but I encountered issues with the service. The rooms were comfortable, but there were some drawbacks in the overall stay experience.
The hotel is located right across from the Dead Sea, offering a beautiful view and close proximity to the beach. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who assisted promptly in every request. However, the manager's unavailability to address concerns was a letdown. Rooms were well-appointed, with a whirlpool tub, and impeccably clean. A great choice if you want a relaxing stay near the iconic Dead Sea.
The hotel is situated right across from the Dead Sea, on top of a nearby unpaved hill. The rooms are equipped with all necessary facilities, including a 'spa bath,' but the walls in the bathroom show signs of wear with pilling. The view from the rooms is hardly noticeable, which could be disappointing. The service provided by the hotel staff, especially at the reception desk during check-out, was below expectations, as they were not friendly or helpful. However, the manager at the reception desk did a good job and helped with each request. The location is convenient for being just across from the Dead Sea, but it lacks access to nearby stores and beach areas, especially being on the beach only after 5 pm. The dining options offer smoked meats, and facilities provide necessary amenities and services, although the value for money might not be ideal.
